Bad-for-my-health diet needed...

I need to lose weight STAT. I plan on going to the gym every day for 14 days straight - aside from massive amounts of cardio what can I do to lose weight?

Pills, fruit juice diets, anything!!! What can I do?

Thanks!

i prefer strength training actually, i see better results than cardio but incorporate cardio too

good workouts:

kickboxing
pilates
yoga booty ballet

do workouts that target specific areas and incorporate weights.

I am sooooo against taking diet pills!!!!!! I don't care if anyone claims they are healthy for you and don't harm you...please don't take them.

Intake only vegetable stock. I heard about this in a yoga magazine but its normally done for 3 days to just clean out your system. But hey, sound diety if you take it further. Just don't go overboard i guess.

Work out and eat healthy and you will slim down. EATING NOTHING IS NOT A DIET. I watch Celebrity Fit Club and its really helpful, check out their page on VH.com. I have never worked out but I want to tone up for my vaca, Im thinking of taking those fun classes at the gym, I have never been to a gym, lol. Also walking alot is really really good for you, keep active throughout the day

as a personal trainer with a nutrition background, I third that statement. They're not good for you, and they don't work without diet and exercise because it the diet and exercise that actually works.
Eat raw food, pastas and protein. Drink water and green teas only, exercise doing cardio AND strength training (stronger muscles burn more calories) and take a multi-vitamin, oh and no booze. the wieght will drop off, just really stick to eating the right foods.

Hi. I'm a health nut. :)

Do you want to lose pounds or just want to tone??

I can give you some tips.

lots and lots of water! Eat soups instead of big hearty meals, but make sure they're not creamy soups. Snack on nuts and fruit and veggies. Don't NOT snack, that will slow down your metabolism and will slow down your weight loss.

Jenn, you're gorgeous.. you'll look stunning whether you lose or not!

actually the guy from celebrity fit club has a great book 'fat smash diet' its supposed to do wonders and also you dont have to give up all foods you love, he tells you how much of it to eat and when. Most people who start it actually lose alot of weight within the first few weeks.

AHhhhh i gotta remember to get this book

the fat smash diet is supposed to be GREAT

i came back from Italy in August and I couldnt fit into my bridesmaid's dress for November - i did the special K diet and ended up losing TOO MUCH weight! great short term fix but NOT a 'life diet'

basically cereal and FF milk for breakfast and lunch

2 cereal bars a day for snack

healthy dinner - before dinner eat an entire apple. . .you will never be able to finish the dinner

LOTS of water!!

also take the 'weight smart' vitamins so you get all the vitamins you need!

good luck!

thanks girls!

I'm not really a dieter - I usually eat right and exercise but I lost all motivation to do so and now I'm a blob...

Thanks for all your tips!!! I'll let you ladies know how it goes!!!

It is medically proven that any of the type of wuick fixes you are looking for are not only dangerous but can cause the weight and then some to come back....

yeah, I know... I'm aware of the dangers and the risks associated with it...

It's worth it to me mentally... I can make my bed and lie in it too.

Drink tons of water. Stay away from starchy foods like white rice and white bread. Stay away from starcy foods and food high in sugar also.

Fresh stuff is always the best.
