Band Recommendations?

Hi! So we finally booked a hall, and now we are looking into photo and bands. Any Band recommendations?
We were originally gonna go with a DJ to save money, but FIL said they would pay if we go with a band! Any recommendations (or if you would not recommend someone please FM me) would be greatly appreciated!

We used Renegade from LI Paramount and they were awesome! I would suggest to go listen to the bands at showcases. Most of the bands that people love on this site, we hated. You should really go seem them in person

We booked Heart and Soul from Franklin Wayne. We listened to quite afew bands first at showcases as well. Franklin Wayne has a bunch of different bands. Code Bleu was good as well, they were a close second... Good Luck! FM if u want details

my favorite band is Full House. They are awesome. If we could have afforded them they would've been our top choice!!!

Also, Sweetwater is good as well.

You should check out Hank Lane - they have different bands to choose from and they have an amazing reputation

We used Times Square Orchestra for my son's wedding and they were amazing. Their price is great also. It was a Sunday afternoon, which we worried about, but the dance floor was always packed. They had the room so alive from the minute the people walked in. They were also wonderful to work with.

I couldn't recommend our band enough...Ken James Orchestra. They came very highly recommend to us and after seeing way too many bands they blew us away!

We're seriously considering Jon Bates Band. We really like them and they are VERY affordable.

I just went to a wedding and they had the band Sweetwaters. They were absolutely phenomenal and everyone was raving abut them. They kept everyone on the dance floor and the singers were really great. If I was going to book a band, I'd book them in a heartbeat. Very talented. I think you should check them out as well.

I really think it depends on what you are looking to spend....there is a big price range between bands....some are $5,000 and some are $15,000. In the lower price ranges I would recommend Code Blue and Times Square Orchestra. A little more expensive you can go with Renegade or Aracadia. Even more money you can use some of the Faze 4 Bands like Chris Micheals, Scott Yahney and even more expensive than are NYC Swing, and Hank Lane. All are great bands!
