So, I'm not a 2014 bride (2011 here!!) but I just wanted to add that you should book as early as you can. We missed out on the photographer we really wanted and I was so bummed
For band recommendations though, I highly recommend Soul Revival! They were amazing at our wedding and I highly recommend them!!
