Benjamin Moore Paint?

Is it really that much better than all the rest? Everyone talk about this paint as if it is far superior....

Re: Benjamin Moore Paint?

yes yes yes yes - I can't say it enough - I would never ever use any other paint.

We painted 7 rooms in our house in the past 4 months. 6 we used ben moore - the paint is great - I can wipe it down, it dried even and beautifully, the colors were true - overall beautiful.

Then in my guest bathroom I was in a jam - it was a sunday night so I went to the Home Depot and bought Behr paint, it is TERRIBLE - not consistant - the semi gloss on the molding is all streaky - when I wipe it with a wet cloth the color comes off...needless to say - I need to repaint every inch of the room with Ben Moore paint. Spend the extra - it is worth it!

Re: Benjamin Moore Paint?

YES YES YES, we didnt know what 'real' paint was until we tried this. It is so much neater to work with than the stuff you get at Home Depot - not so many drips, easier to clean up and less smell too. They actually just had a sale that ended yesterday for 25% off all paint - and I missed it!! Ive never seen that sale before, typically Aboffs advertises $4 off a gallon yankee trader/pennysaver from time to time.
