Suzanne ... I can totally relate ... we bought a house that needed work. All we saw was junk out there and so we looked for a house with potential. I could probably sell my house for $75K - $85K more then what we paid for it last year. Sometimes, you have to look at the potenital of the house ... the location, size of the land, etc ....

Franklin Square is a good area ... I have tons of relatives that live there. I'll keep my eyes open for you! I really hope that you and Frank find something soon.

Just a quick note ... Rob and I bought a starter home, well atleast for us, because the market is so expensive, we can't afford our dream home. But we did buy a house that we liked and if need be, could expand and stay. Don't be discouraged. You just haven't found your house yet, that's all!

suzanne come to Florida with me. I have land and I am looking to buy out the lots on each side of me. You can build your home next to mine The houses are a lot less down there, and in some cases you can do no money down and no money at closing.

They knew me too, we even talked about the time when i was like 5 and i was riding my big wheels naked in front of their house and they had to take me home!! i guess it didnt matter to them, for some i guess money is much more important..

money makes people do evil things. it's all about money to most. Suzanne thats really not nice of them

i know it really pi ssed me off... i mean i have known them for 30 years almost... i really thought that would make a difference plus they knew i wanted to be on the same block as i grew up.. those *******s!!

now i see why you are so mad/hurt, i would be too, but this only means there is something better out there for you.
