BM Dresses - $ down

BM Dresses - $ down

Hi

I am going to call my Bridal salon, but I wanted a quick answer. What is the normal amount my BM will have to put down when they order their dresses? Is it 50%?

50% is norm unless the dress is purchased at David's Bridal, which require 100% of cost.

ah - I will have to call to verify. I just wanted to make sure the norm was around 50 - and not 100%!

We used Burton's and the girls had to have $100 cash or check for a down payment (no credit cards accepted).

Seems high because the dresses are only $150, so definitley call first.

My girls have to pay the final payment via cash...no other payment accepted....so strange.
