Better to have all the ladies have their hair up or should I let them just do whatever is comfortable?

I am going to ask them all to wear their hair in a low side ponytail since I am making everyone matching hairpieces.

blah, blah... I feel that it's one day- and luckily my ladies are easy going and feel the same so they say whatever I want goes! Maybe talk to one of them and see how they feel. I have a smaller bridal party so it wasn't complicated at all.

I'm fine with them wearing their hair however they want it. My hairdresser and I were talking about it and she said that not everyone looks good with their hair/up/down, etc. so to do what works best for each person.

This!!! I was told to wear my hair a certain way for one wedding I was in and it looked horrible! And the hairstyle didn't even hold. And I was the MOH. I wasn't happy because I knew it didn't look good, especially in the pics.

I gave them the option of everyone having it up or everyone having it down. That was the only thing. And then the styles can be up to them. Luckily I found a down style that they all seemed to like of simple loose curls

i had my girls do whatever they felt most comfortable with. It worked out great that all my girls except 1 (my cousin) wore their hair half up half down. it was great since i had my hair all up and it was a nice contrast

all my girls will have their hair up that was my only requirement, they can do whatever style they like as long as its up off their neck.

This for me. I would never want someone telling me how to do my hair and I don't want to be the bride that does that! Some of my girls have short hair and the others have long hair, it'll never work out to have everyone the same.

I had just assumed the girls would wear it up and somewhat similar.. But in passing my MoH mentioned how she doesnt feel comforatble with her hair up. ( of course she would do something fancy, even half up) I just never thought about that! I'm letting them choose

totally agree. if you are going to force me to do something, then you better pay for it.
I've never been in a BP where the bride has told us what our hair has to look like, personally I think it is a little bridezilla to do that to people who are helping make your day special

I was a BM before where the bride asked us all to have our hair up. It wasn't a big deal, but I personally wouldn't ask that of anyone either.
