Boardy Barn hour....kinda long

This is not going to sound good, but,my FH and I met at 'The Barn' through friends,blah blah.....anyway we thought that it would be such a great idea to have an hour of our favorite 'Barn' tunes but the problem is that we keep asking our friends and everyone is coming up with the same songs! 'Sweet Caroline','Sunshine Day','Summer Winds' etc. Unfortunately, We all can't remeber past these few LOLNow, I know some of you ladies have mentioned being at the Barn so let me know if you have a better memory(or tolerance) than me!

I gotta really think back for the Boardy Barn days but I guess it can be any kind of college type music...

My favorite is Laid by James...they played it as a finale at my brother's wedding and the everyone went nuts! It was so much fun.

I remember the Hawaii 5-O song and this dance my friends use to do sitting on the florr (can you imagine sitting on that floor)!

I used to go there a lot, haven't gone in a long time, but I do remember some other songs that no one mentioned...Come on Eileen & American Pie.

BOardy Barn now has a cd of all the songs-- well at least they advertised that they did- so maybe they have something on their website.

I am bumping this thread, as we are putting together a song list for our DJ- since we met a a bar (not the boardy barn ) we love those sing along bar songs. But natch neither of us can remember anything besides Sweet Caroline and Living on a Prayer. Anyone have any good dance song suggestions? FH does not like a lot of techno, so I am looking for 'old school'

I love the Boardy Barn!!! (oh god did I just say that out loud)

I have to think back but I can remember the theme from Hawaii 5-0 (people sitting on the floor rowing!)

Vickalina- They sell a boardy barn soundtrack now. Someone at my old job met their husband at the barn too.
