Boneless pork chop recipes

I'm looking for a new pork chop recipe. I usually use the small boneless pork chops.

Have you ever tried cooking them in a cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup???

Re: Boneless pork chop recipes

Here is a recipe from Bon Appetit that I love. The only variation I do is I usually use thick boneless chops whereas the recipe calls for bone in chops. If your chops are thin, I would reduce the cooking time to about 1 to 2 minutes per side in the pan and 10 minutes in the oven. I usually serve with mashed sweet potatoes and spinach.

Parmesan and Sage Crusted Pork Chops

Also, an easy recipe that I like to do during the week is to quickly fry breaded porkchops in the pan for about 1 to 2 minutes. Then put in the oven until cooked through. Serve over a bed of red leaf lettuce, chopped tomato and sliced red onion. I like Good Seasons Italian dreasing made with balsamic.

Here is another one from Bon Appetit that I like, this calls for country ribs, but again I make the marinade and use boneless chops. I also omit the bay leaves. Then I like to take the left over marinade and boil it on the stove to kill any bacteria and then use the cooked marinade as a dipping sauce.

Re: Boneless pork chop recipes

You can also bread them with bread crumbs, put a little oil in the pan, slice some onions thick and put them all into a pan to bake in the oven. I usually eat pork chops with applesauce when done, it's very yummy.

Re: Boneless pork chop recipes

I Shake and Bake them a lot. DH loves them that way.

I have another recipe at home where you use concentrate lemonade mix, basil, olive oil and garlic as a marinade and grill them or broil them - yummy!

Re: Boneless pork chop recipes

OHHH- this one is so good- first marinate the chops in milk with two teaspoons of salt for four hours. Then shake off excess milk, dreg in flavored bread crumbs and cook in melted butter and cooking oil- about 5 minutes per side(not a low fat reciepe but SOOOO good). The milk marinade makes them so tender.

Re: Boneless pork chop recipes

Februarybride, would you please give further details on your recipe. My kids love orzo. I would love to make this.

Palebride, so you brown the chops first and then stir in the sauerkraut so it has color?

Both these recipes sound great and I, too, need new ideas for pork chops. However, I don't use the boneless anymore. The ones with the bone have so much more flavor.

Re: Boneless pork chop recipes

It's a simple recipe....

In a baking/roasting pan, I use a small can of tomato sauce mixed with some water (enough liquid to cover the pork chops but not drown them). I season the tomoto sauce with garlic powder, salt and pepper. I chop a small onion up and put in tomato sauce. Then I clean and season the pork chops. I use garlic, adobo, salt and pepper. Put the pork chops in the pan with the tomato sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350. While chops are baking, I partially boil the orzo. Add drained orzo to pan with chops during last 15 minutes of baking.

That's it!

Re: Boneless pork chop recipes

Pork chops are one of our favorite quick and easy meals! Now mind you, this is by no means gormet cooking, but it tastes awesome! I use the crispy Shake and Bake, make instant garlic mashed potatoes, and frozen green beans with almonds. I never claimed to be a chef!

Re: Boneless pork chop recipes

OK i dont have a name for this because I just made it up one day:

This can be used for any sixe pork chops bone in or out or those boneless country ribs

First Marinate the Meat over night in your fav. bottles italian dressing

Next day place meat in seasoned beaten eggs

Dredge in seasoned bread crumbs and quickly fry in pan on all sides, not enough to cook them but just enough to brown the outside and get the breading to adhear.

In a pan sautee onions, green peppers, and sliced mushrooms and garlic and your fav seasonings just untill they start to wilt a little and create a little juice.

Place pork in a tray and place peper, onion, mushroom mixture over it.

Cover w/foil and bake untill done.

It will come out where the meat is so tender you dont need a fork and totally seasones through. Use your fav seasonings for the egg mixture, breadcrubs and peper & mushroom mixture. I usually use onion powder, garlic powder, salt, peper, accent sazone ect.

I usually serve it over rice because it creates a wonderfull juice with the veggies ! Enjoy!
