Hi ladies. My bridal party is taking me to Atlantic City for my bachelorette party. I asked some of my friends who aren't in the bridal party if they would like to come and they said yes. My question is: Is my MOH responsible for reserving all the hotel rooms (for bridal party and non bridal party friends) or just the bridal party? Are non bridal party friends responsible for booking a room on their own? Thank you in advance for your help.

i've always gotten a mass email that basically says do this & that to be included. i would think the MOH should set up a room block like you would for a wedding, and each guest would call to reserve? (as you usually have to hold with a credit card number)

I would think just the bridal party. She can relay the hotel information to the rest of the girls so they can book rooms on their own.

I say only the bridal party, especially if she does not know the other girls. I dont think the MOH should lay out money (book the room in her name) and chase down people she doesn't know. With my experience there is always someone who is 'Short on Cash' the day of and it's easier to chase down people you know than ones you don't. I got screwed covering 3 of my friend's friends for her bachelorette party. Appearently, they were going to mail the check. That was last october and I am still waiting lol.

I did all the reseearch myself and told my sister to book two rooms (We will probably need 3).
Where in AC? We are doing Revel the weekend of Feb 22. I can't wait.

i planned my best friends bach to AC and i booked the rooms for everyone...did a mass email quoting rates and when i got the interested number i recalculated...and then the final head count...but required money from the girls before booking (aka asap to insure rates don't change)...annoying but it worked out
