I think I should've waited longer to ask...actually, now I know I should've. I've heard many stories, but was wondering who'd change it if they could.

i have regrets about the bridal party.
when the guys are more interested in the wedding plans & ask to see my dress you know there is a problem.
OMG, the guys!?! That's so cute of them. Yea, that sounds like a problem!

I wish I had the same courage I'm kind of waiting to see if she's going to bow out b/c our friendship (or lack thereof) has changed so much.
I have the exact same problem. How are you going about this? Just not keeping in touch with her hoping that she will step down.
I'm in the same sitatuation as you girls Damnnn it...If only I wasn't so excited when I got engaged...I should have waited longer. I'm not a confrontational person so I would never ask someone to bow out but it's just gonna s*ck that this person will be in all of my pics when I know that our friendship will pretty much be done after the wedding

Re: Bridal Party Regrets
so far everything is ok. BUT, i would have waited and had two MOH, since FH waited to the last minute to have 2 BM (i had already asked at point) and if that was the case, i would have asked one more person, that i really wanted to be in it. i should have thought about it better.

Re: Bridal Party Regrets
If i would have waited longer to ask, my MOH and I would probably still be best friends. However, we had a falling out. I kicked her out, and we are no longer friends.
HOWEVER, my MOH now is amazing and DEFINITELY one of my VERY best friends. We became so close so quickly, and when I picked my BP we werent really t hat good of friends.
im glad it all worked out the way it did. Except, I wish i didnt have to loose some friends.
Stuff happens I guess, I dont dwell on things.

Re: Bridal Party Regrets
I have no regrets not having a BP because my friends and family are really showing their backside.
I just wish I had FG and RB, the youngest in my family is 14.

no regrets, i would have done it that same, but i was not expecting some people to be so lax about things... like ordering their dress by thanksgiving as requested.... still waiting for one

Boy is that true!! I'm crashing!! I would have waited longer to ask them. I had a HUGE BP and there was DEF some drama and issues that arose. Had I waited to decide and ask, it might have turned out differently. My advice to anyone at this point is to wait to pick the bp until a year before the wedding (this way they have time to save money). BP's can cause more headaches than searching for vendors and the overall planning of the wedding. Once it's time for the BP to get involved in things..... it can def get hectic and stressful!! and you are soo right when you say.. the bigger the bp the more stress!!!!
I do have to say.... that on the day of... my girls were all great. Leading up to it was the problem!! haha!!
