Cake Mix w/ Diet Soda

my coworker made chocolate cake mix w/ diet cream soda. and put fat free whipped cream on top. it was really good!

Just take a box of cake mix and add one can of any diet soda and bake as the directions tell you. Don't add eggs or oil (or anything else it may call for)...just the can of diet soda.

To calculate the nutritional info, use the column on the box that's just for the mix. Diet soda adds nothing in terms of calories or fat, so you don't need to worry about the 'prepared' column's stats.

I have also made brownies with canned pumpkin. I really liked them, but if your not a fan of pumpkin then I would stay away.

Also I have made BBQ sauce using ketchup, chopped onion and diet cola. That came out awesome!!!!
