Cake tasting

I made an appointment for a cake tasting! I feel silly making it like a year in advance, but I am really excited

.

I just wanted to share, because I think the people on this forum are the only other people who understand my excitement things like this.

Anyone else done cake tasting before? What should I expect?

I agree about the girls here being as excited as me!!

Congrats on the tasting!!! I'm excited to do mine too, but I'm trying to lose weight so I'm gonna wait for a little longer.

I understand that. I actually have to gain a little more weight to fit into my dress, so it's the opposite for me.

I've held back on eating my whole life and now it's time to pig out!

Yay! That's exciting! I can't wait to do my food tasting at our RH and our cake tasting either, but I said that I would hold off until at
least September, but it's so far to wait!

Cake tasting

This is the one aspect of wedding planning that FH can't wait for. And the tasting at our venue. Everything else I really think he doesn't give a crap about, even though he wants the wedding, and I want to elope. Go figure.

Cake tasting

Our RH deals with Francesco's bakery on Route 107 which is about 10 minutes from my sister so this weekend when we go out there for Easter we are bringing a cake from them for desert but also to see what it tastes like.

Every weekend FH keeps saying lets drive out to the bakery and check it out and I'm like no.

I hope FH will be excited for this. He's kind of blah about everything else. I haven't told him yet .

We did our cake tasting January 26 of this year and our wedding is January 18th! Never too early! Expect YUMMINESS!!!

Cake tasting

We aren't 100% sure if we are going to do a cake tasting. All of the cake we get comes from the bakery that is making our cake, so it isn't really necessary...but it's always good to get free cake

All of the cake we get is coming from the bakery that makes our cake too... But we want to know what filling we want, and what flavors inside. Also free cake!
