Hi Ladies-

Just checking back in...I still can't believe I only have six more weekends until my wedding!!

We started getting responses back this week - so far 45 yes and only 1 no! OH MY!!! I better get some more No's soon!

I have my first dress fitting this Saturday and my sandollars are in to start the placecards. Meeting with the band on Monday and getting our marriage license next week. Also ordered our wedding bands but they will take a month to make. Nothing like waiting till the last minute.

How is everyone else doing?? Time is going to fly by now (I remember reading the May girls board when they had only six weeks left!)

On the wedding front for me, I am meeting w/ my catering hall tonight to dicuss a few things. I am EXCITED!!! I go for my 1st fitting next week and invited go out later this week.

Had my shower...... A BLAST!!!!!!!!!!

I had my shower also, on 7/13. It was wonderful!!!
We got our marriage license last night
Program info is with LA Laura and should be done by the end of the month
Favors are due in any day now.
First fitting was last week.
I think I'm in pretty good shape

Sooooo many emotions but in a good way.

It's true. I think my 2 biggest worries are that I'm going to really TRULY forget to do something. I keep going over the to do lists and it looks good, but it's just something nagging in the back of my head. The 2nd worry is that I'm going to cry like a fool and ruin my thousands of $$ worth of pictures!!!!

Ha! My biggest fear is that the limo won't show up, the band won't show up or there will a hurricane that shuts down Dune Road!

hi ladies!!! been lurking for a while! no time to post, but thought i would say hi. in a few minutes, i will meet with the coordinator for the wedding and next tuesday, i have a meeting with my florist. on the 16th of august, menu selection. we finally did the tuxedos, both groomsman and grooms!!!! yay!!!

I am all in favor of another 9/03 GTG! I know we've been trying to get it put together, but I think we should have one before september to meet, exchange ideas (and fears!! ) and have that much needed margarita. I know it's a hectic time for everyone now, but I want to meet you guys! Lisa too if she's reading All in favor??

Hi ladies, things are moving along for me as well, have my second fitting tomorrow, and our meeting w. the catering hall on 8/6 I am 31 days away from W-Day (as FH calls it, since he says I am like a sergant w. all my wedding stuff) I also have my bachleorette party on Saturday, so I am REALLY looking forward to that. A chance to blow off some steam and get down w. my girls.

My emotions are ALL over the place lately, I go from dying to have the wedding over and go on my HM, to sad that my showers are over, to happy that we are so close to W-Day, to confused about who I have to call next I am really trying to enjoy these last 4 1/2 weeks, as once the wedding is over I am sure I will regret if I spent the last weeks before it screaming like a lunatic

hmichick - you described how I feel to a tee. I am all over the place. Things are moving along for me as well. Invitations are going out this week. I am working on my favors. I should have my first fitting in a few weeks. I have all the bridesmaids and groomsman gifts and my shoes have been ordered. Almost all of my shower thank you cards are out but still have a few. This took my forever. There were so many to write and writing a little note in each took so much longer then I ever thought. I am up for a GTG but I live in the city and getting out to the island is a little difficult but once it is set up I will definitely try and make it.

Congrats to all the girls who had their showers. They are so much fun but don't you hate that they are over? lol

I cannot believe that I am getting married this month!!! I am so excited, I got up this morning and turned my calendar over to August, then stood there grinning like a happy idiot for 10 mins.
