sometimes i view and don't have an answer, but it frustrates me too when i post a question, get 30 views and no answers. i wouldn't take it personally though.

I read a lot of posts and don't answer either because someone has already said it better than I could or I really dont know what to say. I saw your earlier post and I didnt answer because I'm really new to all of this still and just like you I'm looking for some direction from other brides. GL!

also sometimes people look at the same post multiple times bc they forgot they already read it...haha or at least i do.
and also this is a public forum and you do not need to be registered to look at posts, and if you are not registered then you can't answer a post....remember ladies, ANYONE can read what you are writing

If you write something that vague in the subject people tend not to respond.. you have to be a little more descriptive in what you want answered and they will come!!!

I would think sometimes people just dont have an answer or an opinion. In some cases, I dont have anything nice to say, so I dont respond at all. And sometimes I'm just not in the mood to type : )


i'm the same way. But also i notice a lot of people asking the same things over and over and over. I'll get all into it and give my full response on the subject, but only once. It takes too much energy to explain myself all over again. lol. Sometimes I'll just give the link to where that was already asked and answered, if I have the time to research.

But sometimes, i just don't have an answer once i see the question.

I agree with you. For some posts, there are 3 pages of responses and then if I post something, I feel like I get nothing. Maybe we're just posting at low traffic times.


I am notorious for posting at low traffic time. But I don't post a lot unless I have somthing of substance to say and since I'm a new and lost soul to this wedding thing I lay low and absorb as much info as I can!

I understand how you feel...there are always more viewers than posters. I try to answer as many as I can because I like to help other brides in the same way I feel like I was helped during my planning If I don't answer a post it's usually because I feel as if I don't have anything positive to offer. For example, if someone wants to know about invitation kits, I ordered my invites online so I won't be able to help that particular poster...or if someone posts a dress I don't like, I would rather not be the cause of someone else's hurt feelings....

Well it's happening to me now lol.... I asked a question about signature frames and NO ONE has answered (13 views so far)
