Candelabra Centerpiece - need advise

I am not a flower person but need to convince this to my FMIL - please let me know what you think of this candelabra w/o flowers as a centerpiece (only candles) does it look tacky? I am getting this way less than a low centerpiece price.

I tried several times converting to jpeg and to make it bigger but vendor sent it to me on a bmp file. I dont know how to make it bigger as a jpeg (liweddings doesnt accept bmp)

i think it's gorgeous....question, though....are you getting that through your florist? i haven't looked for a florist yet, and am concerned about prices. if that's a cheaper way to go i will def look into it,

i think its very pretty. I have been to a wedding that had them. no one said they were tacky , everyone though they were pretty.

The candelabras are not tacky at all. They look really nice...create sort of a dramatic effect.

I think they are really pretty. I'm not a big flower person either, so FH and I are thinking about doing the birch trees with the hanging crystals and votive candles.

I think its really elegant and provides an intimate feel - definatley not tacky and for sure pretty ~ besides you should be the main attraction ;) If the FMIL gives you too much grief about a lack of flowers a good way of compromising is adding rose petals on the table surrounding the bottom and tie them in with your color theme - If the petals looks too bare you can accent them with either smaller candel votives or intelaced loose crystals. Either way your idea is beautiful =D Good luck with everything!!
