Re: Carltun Thread

Kerri - You look so beautiful in your pics!!! How does it feel to be a married woman?!?!

Vita- So funny that we are only a day apart. I still have so much to do

Macrissa - Can't wait to see pics!!! maybe you have to resize them... although I'm definitely not an expert with that type of stuff....

Oh, and I feel a little bit better about the CH. How were they able to keep the rain from getting on your guests? I'm trying to remember if they have curtains or something around the patio...

Thanks so much ladies!!!!

There is an awning and curtains around the patio. Don't worry about it! Your guests will be too busy eating all the food at the CH to worry about a seat.

What time is your reception??

Re: Carltun Thread

My wedding was 10/9 at The Carltun. Like EVERYONe says, you don't have a thing to worry about! They were fantastic! I will pst pics soon, but the reception was amazing! I had 165 people and people did hang-out in and outside. Not everyone sat, but there was enough room outside to spread out.

Does anyone have any info about the 3 djs the Carltun reccommends? I already saw Hank Lane, and will probably see Steven Scott and Platnium but was wonder if anyone knew anything about them. Thanks

I used a Steven Scott band-- Jumpstreet was awesome.. Definitely check them out.. Tony was great!

I used Jordan Matter. He's not a traditional wedding photographer, per se, but he had the style we were looking for. I posted some of his digital shots on this thread. He took about 1200 film shots that I haven't even been able to sort out and scan yet. Once I do, I'll be posting them, along with my full review.

Re: Carltun Thread

Hi ladies,
Just wanted to let you know that if you were dealing with Sheila at The Carltun, she is no longer there. I stopped by to just sneak another look and when I asked for her was told that she had left about a month prior and one of the other BM would be contacting me. Needless to say, this did not leave me too warm and fuzzy.
