My FH's aunt is a florist she owns Petals and Ink and she is doing them. I am doing hollowed out pumpkins with a fall colored flower arrangement in the middle.
I will definitely let you know what I thought about the tasting!!

we had the dessert cafe ---we did not have the individual plated desserts...

How was the dessert cafe? Is it like a Viennese Hour? Do they give you a lot of food?? Would you have pictures of your cocktail hour? I would like to see how they present the food!!! Thank you in advance.

yes, the dessert cafe is like a viennese hour - everyone loved it! they are still talking about all the desserts!

i do have pics of the food --i have to scan some proofs in and then i will post --i promise!

I asked about cocktails tables and I think she told me including outside tables about 16-18 for 175 guests

Yes, they do. Not sure of the number of tables in there though. I'll be there tomorrow, so maybe I'll count...

I have another question for all Carltun girls...do you know if they provide table numbers and if so what do they look like? Sorry I have been asking so many questions, but it easier and faster to ask you guys rather than wait to talk to someone from the Carltun. TIA!!

Well, I know they will provide a frame, which leads me to believe they'd provide numbers for the frame. But since I am making my own table names, I'm not 100% sure.

That really is my one big complaint with the place... it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. At least Shelia anyway. I've taken to asking my planner to call them because it's so frustrating!

I am in a 100% agreement! She never answers her phone and sometimes it takes a day or to for her to respond. I almost about to have someone else call for me because it hard with working and all to always be waiting for phone calls back.
Do you know what the frames look like? I assume they are just plain silver frames?

they have plain 5x7 silver frames --i didn't use theirs --i had sonicstef design the table numbers and then i bought pretty gold 5x7 frames from homegoods...
