So, I just found out my parent's are giving me a generous sized budget, but we would like to find a more reasonable location, so I can get more use out of the budget ( like for videographer/photographer, flowers, dj, etc.) and so although, I fell in love with the somerley at the Fox Hollow, I feel there can be other halls, just as nice, that are more reasonably priced...Would love to have a list of other ones....The ones we already looked at and chose it was not for us was north ritz club, coral house, woodbury country club, and crest hollow....Would love to know other catering halls, thank you so much!!! :)

The first place I recommend is the Swan Club. Great prices and beautiful grounds. I also recommend Jericho Terrace. The prices were a little higher than the Swan Club but you get a lot. Also check out Westbury Manor. I have quotes for all of them for June, 2014 so feel free to FM me if you want them!

We went with smithtown Landing country club first because the price was AMAZING and then second because we fell in LOVE with it! We also saw stewart manor country club and they were reasonable also (but more expensive than SLCC)

How about Sand Castle? They may seem slightly higher priced at the outset, but their package is amazing and a really great value. Also, the Metropolitan in Glen Cove is very nice and affordable.

Re: catering halls
April 11, 2014 is my wedding date. We looked at several venues before choosing ours. Coral House has a gorgeous ballroom and offer a great price ($70 pp). Jericho Terrace was also my top choice but my Fiance did not like it at all(too Tuscan looking for him). He said 'it looks like a giant olive garden. I believe they quoted me around $85 pp for my date. Good Luck!
