No way...you must be in the church physcially...for it to be sacred.!!!!!

We are having an interfaith ceremony at the reception hall and the Msgr. of FH's parish is marrying us along with a Rabbi friend of his. He told us this is recognized by the church since we are going through all the correct steps (paperwork, interviews, pre-cana, etc.). He also told us it could be outside as long as it was in a gazebo or something that had a covering. Maybe it does depend on the priest and the parish.
