Catholic girls...it's Ash Wednesday...what is your 'lenten sacrafice' NO MEAT!
I am still debating on my lenten sacrafice. I usually give up meat (never in my life do I Jonesfor a burger more!), but I am thinking bread this year. it'll be tough, but I think I can do it.

Well I don't eat meat, so I can't give that up!
Probably ice cream - I should give it up anyway cause it tends me make me ill after-the-fact (but it tastes SO good ) I need to think about it a little more

My first date with FH was March 9th, 2003. We went out to eat and it was during lent and I gave up bread that year. I almost forgot and ordered a chicken sandwhich and had to take it off the bun to eat it. I was nervous that he would think it was weird but once I explained it, we connected. I am thinking of doing bread again this year to honor that first date. But then again, I do have the honeymoon to worry about. I really have to think about this.

I'll probably do rice and bread. Although I had a bagel this morning.

bacon
almost every day we get breakfast delivered. weds and thurs the deli comes in with trays of eggs, egg whites, bacon, hashbrowns and sausage and bread- i usually make my own sandwich
on fridays they deliver BEC sandwiches- which i will eat half of.
anyone that knows me knows i love bacon and that its a sacrifice- especially when they are eating it all around me!
