Re: Celebrity Cruises/ Cayman Islands/Key West
I have not been on a celebrity cruise. Only royal caribbean. I wouldnt sugegst RC for a romantic trip. more for a fun group trip. They were crowded and it was kind of stressful worrying about getting back to the ship on time and waking up early to get 2 seats outside next to eachother. We stopped at Grand Cayman. It was beautiful!!! The beach was amazing and the water was just perfect. We wished we had stayed there the whole trip! LOL!

I've been on several Celebrity cruises, but never on the ship you're considering. I've always enjoyed them. The food has been good, the excursions were a lot of fun, and the crew is always very pleasant.

I've been to both places. We swam in sting rays in the Cayman Islands and it was amazing. Key West was gorgeous also!

FH and I went to Key West a couple of years ago. It's beautiful! We flew into Ft. Lauderdale and then drove from there to Key West, in a convertible! It's a long drive, but it's awesome. And you go over this 7 mile bridge that's absolutely amazing. The surrounding islands (Marathon, Key Largo, etc.) are all kind of sketchy and run down. But once you get through them into Key West, it's gorgeous. We stayed at a Double Tree Hotel (we always stay in Double Trees).
We had a great time. Snorkeling, glass bottom boat, jet skiing, etc. I'd go again in a heart beat.
