Centerpiece sample

I have finalized almost everything but flowers.
I am going to see on Friday my centerpiece sample at Flowers by Richard in Manhattan..Any advise what to look at and how much should I pay if everything is OK.
I told him already my budget and I got proposal ( under my budget !) but I haven't see flowers yet.
