Changing my lock in rate

Hi
Was wondering if anyone knows anything about changing your lock in rate. I noticed that rates have gone down since we locked in and we are not closing until the end of May.

I looked through all my paperwork and cannot seem to find anything.

Anyone have any experience with this?

ps I want to stay with the same company

DH and i were discussing the same thing...he locked in a rate and i think we have the option of 're-locking' only once, so i guess when it gets closer to closing we'll re-evaluate....

I have a call into my broker. Just wondering if anyone else ever did it. I hope it is possible. Even if we have to pay a little to do it, it will pay off in the long run thats for sure.
