CHECK!!

Just purchased a FG dress for my future step-daughter! SO relieved!! She had fallen in love with one that just did NOT fit our wedding, and I couldn't bear to break her heart, but I *really* didn't like it.

Found one that we BOTH love (she even said she likes it better than the other) AND it compliments my dress and our (probable) bridesmaids' dresses (they haven't been 100% settled yet)!!

Re: CHECK!!

YAY!! How much time do you need to allow for a flower girl dress? My flower girl is going to be almost 2 yrs when our wedding comes around so she has a lot of growing to do.

I ended up just ordering through a website, so it's actually been shipped already. I just ordered a full size bigger than she already wears and figure there will likely be some alterations. If I had gone through the salon, I would have like to order with the bridesmaids' dresses, just to be safe.

ETA: My future step-daughter is 8 though, so it's a bit easier to predict what size she's likely to be eight months from now than it would be for a two-year-old.
