Chicken cordon bleu (what sides to serve with)

I want to make this tonight and I'm pretty sure I know how but I want to make the sauce that is usually served with it. I think it's called Mornay sauce? Any good recipes?????

Also, what sides do I serve it with?

I recently made it with a rice pilaf...it was yummy!

I love chicken cordon bleu...i usually serve it with egg noodles and broccoli :)
