The price per head depends upon the night of the week, time of year, and how many ppl you gaurentee, so the prices can really vary. Good luck!

We are paying $75/pp for a Friday night in August at The Swan Club. Comes close to $100/pp with the taxes and all added on.

Ya i think it's tough to get an estimate. It differs from place to place and the time of year you get married.....I think you can pay anywhere from $100 per head to over $200 per head....some including tax and tip and some not....good luck with your search!

I agree that it depends on what you are looking for. I am getting married on a Saturday afternoon in March and paying $60.95 per person. I think it is very reasonable and I am on a budget so I needed to stick to that. I am getting married at the Thatched Cottage and am very happy with my choice! Good luck in your search : )

jnkcrunk are you having your wedding at a vineyard? I was looking at vineyards and didn't find anything that was reasonable. We are hoping to stay at a max of $150 per head. (including the site fee)

Can you give me some details about your event? That could work for us!

I am getting married at The Vineyard Caterers. FM me if you want some information. Also, what is great is that you don't have to worry about site fee or renting tables, chairs etc.!

90 for a saturday night in march!!!!!!!!
But that price would have quickly went up to 130-ish for a summer wedding at the same place.

it really depends on the place, day of the week, and time of year. I would say the average price is about $95 a head. i have heard of people who paid $50 a head and people who pay $200 a head.

It completely varies. I got different quotes from the same RH, depending on the time of day and time of year. Overall, from the places we looked at, the least expensive was $55 and the most expensive was $180 (with a high guarantee, I can't remember exactly what it was).
