those of you who know my story know it hasnt been an easy 2 months. Well, to make a long story short.. I know my husbands cell phone code... And for some reason, I swear god is on my side, I decided to call him- it went right to voicemail so I decided to check- I know it was wrong of me but...
There was a f$%king girl on a message. Hi Its Sara, yeah were definately on for tomorrow night. Meet me at my apt at 8:00pm. (city) Call me back...it was a message left today...
am I an a^^hole????? I was hysterical before.. I havent even talked to anyone about it.... I certainly left him a message.. I could care less if he knows I checked his message...
ETA: I know I am better off in the long run. It just doesnt ease the pain I feel now...i mean its not like its a boyfriend that I am breakingup with, its my marriage....
I think Sara is his ex before he met me....
I dont know how much more I can take....
I am sorry that I am airing my personal problems but I dont know how to move past this...???????????????????? :

I don't even have any words to try to make this recent turn of events any easier to deal with..
I know that even though its easy for all of us to say 'you are better off without him, and you are strong and will get past this', its probably just a devasating time for you right now.
As everyone has said -- you totally deserve better than this type of treatment! You are a beautiful woman with a strong sense of herself, and from everything you've written you have given everything you can give to make this situation work. You are trying to move on. He isn't making ANY of this easier and that, in a word, just sucks
All I can say is that I wish you peace right now and the strenght to get thru this. And I know you will. Many prayers and hugs to you, sweetie

i called him in the heat of the moment.... I regret leaving a message and went to go erase it but its gone/erased.. which means he checked his messages.. hasnt called me back.. i dont know what it was.. something told me to call and check... it was like it was meant to be.. sounds so cliche but i truly believe it...
ETA: of course I got her phone # off his phone.. I am the daughter of a former NYCV detective.. But whaty am I going to do with it. Call her... I'm waitingfor him to call me- he has to eventually to move the restof his stuff out and confirm the mediator.. I'll find out his version then.
i would let it be. don't give him the satisfaction of knowing that you are upset by it. as hard as it is, put it behind you (or at least let him think you have). surround yourself w/ positive people and make a conscious effort to keep busy and spend much needed time w/ friends.
he seems to be very dependent on others and does not want to deal w/ what is happening. BELIEVE me, he will regret his actions and realize that he is the one that is wrong. i know it doesn't help you, but at least you can savor the moment when he comes to this conclusion.
like you, i would be very curious about this 'sara'. i would probably want to know more about the sitiatiuon as well. however, i would do so without him knowing.

Oh no...I am so sorry... ...please try to relax and seek the company of good family and friends...they will help you through this mess. It will take some time...but you'll get through it and you'll be a better person for it.

I'll try to put a positive thought out there though (and I hope I don't get killed for this)...is it all possible that it's only a friendly meeting? Maybe he's just looking for someone to talk to?
I know that's probably not the case but is it possible? Or did you get a different feeling from her tone of voice on the phone?

This is a tough one, you either put your foot down, and set him straight, or leave him.
Now you will be in pure panic, if he does not come straight home. Sorry, but sometimes, Life gives you hints and you have to trust your personal feelings/guts.
