Well Mike and I are doing our best still!! We start our counselor tonight. I am so scared!!!! This is totally what is best for us, I simply cannot bare not being with him for the rest of my life. For those who dont know the situation, I kissed another guy, when Mike came home he knew there was a problem, he said whatever the issue is we can work it out, told him and that did not happen! He told the entire family. He was so upset thats just what he had to do! I cant judge him for how he deals with this tradgedy. But the fact that he wants me to win his heart back and agreeing to go to a couples counselor is a MIRACLE!! He is a great man. Think what you want of me, all opinions are welcome, good and bad. It has been a very slow day for me at work, I cant eat because I am so looking forward/scared of what this counselor may or maynot do for us. I know we all make mistakes but this has been UNBEARABLE for the both of us. Thanks for listening, I had to check out my 07 ladies, miss you all!!!

UPDATE*** She was horrible!!! Totally not what we needed, but it brought us closer b/c she ripped me a new one so bad Mike was like shut up beotch! You know us 50 minutes! I felt so bad for the couple going after us she was a QUACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We laughed all night about what she said

Honestly, I thought you did something WAY worse than a little kiss. I can't believe you actually told him the truth! You've got ballz!! I don't blame him for being mad, but I think, hope and know it will all work out for the best. Make him remember all the good times and all the reasons why he put that ring on your finger in the first place!! I will keep my fingers crossed for you!! Good Luck!!!

We have been doing pre-cana and its like free counciling, it really brought us alot closer and deepened my feelings for him. We are all so glad to hear from you. We have been worried. It's a lot easier said than done but people make mistakes and no one should anyone else. At least Mike is willing to work things out. I am sure he values your honesty. Always be honest. Without it, your relationship will eventually crumble. Stay strong and keep working at it. It is going to be hard but in the end, you will have your man back and your future with him. Let us know if you need anything.

I feel so sorry that you have to endure this. Yes you did something wrong but you didn't lie or try to cover it up. It would have been easy for you to just lie to him and go on with your life. But you took the high road told him the truth and you are dealing with the consequences with grace and dignity. Everyone makes mistakes at some point in their lives and as long as you learn from it you will be a better person for it. I have only been posting for a short time but I have read many from you to other people. You have been supportive to everyone here so I hope you don't dissapear in your time of need. Just remember a strong love never dies. Best of luck with counseling.

That is very brave and honorable of you to fess up and try to work on your relationship... i think it takes a great deal of courage to do what you are doing.. im glad you both are goign to counseling thats a wonderful thing and great step towards a happy life together...im glad he's willing to work at it with you, seems like he's an awsome guy
