Hey girls if any of you are considering taking dancing lessons I highly suggest John from Ballroom Dance LI. He's a vendor on the site!!!! I've been to 4 lessons already and have learned more than I could imagine. He's such a great teacher and it's so much fun. Plus if you want to lose weight this will definately help!!!!!!! I sweat so much when I'm dancing and practicing at home. Girls it's so much fun!!!!!!

Re: Dancing
are the sessions expensive? I used to dance as a kid and I love to dance so i want to get back into it but I can't afford expensive classes anymore.

Re: Dancing
I think that the lessons are fair priced. We signed up for 16 as of right now but I intend on continuing them up to and after the wedding. I want to learn for more than just the wedding. So far we’ve learned Waltz, Foxtrot, Swing, Rumba, Salsa. I love how he teaches we don’t focus on just one dance at a time. He teaches different dance about 2 a lesson and gives you a few steps. It’s so much fun!!!!!!
About the packages I know that he has different ones but I can’t remember just give him a call and he’ll let you know. You can even FM on here he answers fairly quick. If he doesn’t respond right away I know he’s having some phone problems. 516-528-3262
Any more ques let me know

Re: Dancing
I want to do a tango dance with FH at the reception but I don't know how to Tango!! I took 4 classes and I was the worst one there. An 80 year old man didn't step on as many toes as I did. I think I'm going to start taking the lessons again. I need a lot of practice!!!
