does anyone know how often they discontinue bridesmaid dresses. i have mine picked out and i have color in my wedding dress so my girls have to be in these dresses. i have 11 months to my wedding so i don`t know if i should just have the order them now to ensure they`ll have the dress i want or if it will be ok to wait a few months.

2nd question is my FH`s sister lives in FLA and she`s a bridesmaid but she might not be able to come for the wedding, her graduation may be the same day!!! (this annoys me because i already chaged my date for her once to accomodate and then she told me she was wrong after i booked!!!) so i don`t know what to do about her. have her order a dress that she may never wear or risk them not having the dress when she does actually know when her graduation is!!!

ahhhhhh help!!!!

yes they discontinue!!!! I picked the dress, then found out in a few weeks they'll be gone. so i've been a nervous wreck for the past week. only two of my girls are left to buy dresses thank god. if you like a dress make them buy now!

If you found somethine you really like and know that you want I wouldn't wait. They discontinue dresses all of the time.

I just went through this...my wedding is not till next year but the dress i liked for my girls was an 05 dress and could be discontinued as early as july they told me...i had the girls order them this month just in case...so i would order them as quickly as possible because i believe the designers put their new lines out july-aug and than again in the winter...
