I know this was posted previously but can you please recommend your DOC? FH actually ASKED for one tonight and I am so happy b/c I was thinking about getting on on my own. His family is being so ridiculous and we can't even get their opinion on anything anymore.
We would like a DOC to help us work with the vendors and make sure everything goes smoothly without having to involve our parents or ourselves on our day.
You can also FM if you want. We live in Nassau but wouldn't mind venturing into Suffolk for the right person. Thanks so much!!!!

I have heard that DOC's go as low as $500 but as high as $1000 - Francesca at Dazzling Affairs is at the high end but worth every penny. If you read reviews, there is nothing but good about her.
FH was skeptical too but he was sold when we went to meet with her because he would rather not have to worry about anything that day. To us, it was worth the 1k - we didn't want to have to worry about the florist, or our candy bar, or the all the candles on the tables or any of the other little things that could come up. We want all the little details of our day to come together without us having to think about it.
I am a control freak and would have happily done everything and could have. However, I said after reading SoinLoveRwe2 review (I felt like I was reading about myself, it was scary!) that I would rather just trust someone else to make sure that all I wanted for our day actually happens.
I'm glad to hear that someone can relate to my insane personality and that I'm not the only one that felt that way!!
obviously I am a TOTAL Francesca fan-- she literally made my wedding what it was-- my review is long, but scroll down to the part about Dazzling affairs, and also check out my sister's (Pandafish219) review for more raves about Francesca.
If there is ONE thing you do for your wedding- SHE IS IT! Nothing else counts if it's not executed perfectly and she will make sure it does.

Im using Perfect Wedding Planner. no complaints so far. my original planner isnt working there anymore but it worked out in my favor because i bonded with this other doc who is going to take over and do my wedding. there around 1k

You should definitely check out Christine V. at Exquisite Affairs Productions. She was recommended to me by another bride on here and she is amazing!!! And not only is she great, but she's so reasonably priced and will work out any package to suit your needs and budget. I loved meeting her. HTH and FM me if you have any further questions!
