Does anyone else get kind of depressed on anxious on New Years? It happens to me every year. I don't know why. Perhaps part of it is that Christmas is over...and that I have to go back to work. But I don't know what else it could be...especially since I have everything in the world to be happy about!

We all feel a lil down this time of year - January isn't a very fun month and with all the excitment of Christmas its hard to come down from that
Dosen't happen to me on new years... but it does happen to me on my bday (12-28) I've come to terms with the fact that another year of my life has come and gone and that makes me nervous... so every year on my bady im always on like a emtional roller coaster.... but I always try to focus on the positive... thats whats important
It's a little bit more exciting this year for me because next year we are getting married.
