That is expensive for a wedding in October.

I was quoted $85.00 for a saturday night in October when I first started looking at halls.

You think? I think CLM is VERY reasonable considering what you get for your $$ there (views, food, yacht arrival, etc)! That was my main reason for booking. We looked at 3 other popular halls and all were more expensive for a sat night in June.

No, they aren't really negotiable. They pretty much give the last price possible. (which is refreshing since other places give you this super high price because they are expecting you to negotiate) The only thing that you can try is adding additional items to your package for the same price (ex: additional hot food at cocktail hour, fruit and cookies for dessert if you are doing the standard package..).

We got $75 for a Sunday evening in June. Thats before tax and gratuity. And they are slightly negotiable -- we were able to get them to throw a few extra things for free. But they also know that they are one of the best deals around on LI...so they pretty much have the upper-hand.

i think you get a lot for what you pay for at CLM..

i got a great price for a sunday wedding this aug..

i shopped around and i think their prices were reallly good. addig things such as viennese was a lot but their base price was very reasonable. the place is beautiful and immaculate. everything is new...you cant go wrong the food is also amazing! just my opinion

I don't think its expensive at all.
I dont know if they will work w/ you on the price, I didn't speak to them about it.

I did not book with them, but I can also say that I don't think that the prices that these girls are mentioning are too high considering what you get for your money. They do a great wedding! Good luck with your meeting!!!
