Did you carry a purse on your wedding?

I keep seeing little clutches and purses for brides, did anyone actually get one? If not who carried all your necessary stuff?

I had all of my emergency stuff in a tote that I left in the Bridal Suite. I gave my DH my lipstick for touch ups.

I did. I used it for any cash I needed, my lipstick, a little powder etc. I left it in the bridal suite as my 'just in case'

I had the ushers take my purse upfront and leave it in the first pew. It had my inhaler in it and tissues in case I got a bloody nose. (Yes, I get them often.) I also had extra makeup in there to do quick touchups for pics after the ceremony. That way I didn't have to send someone to get a bag. It was right there.

I also had an emergency bag of other things in the limo, then it was in the bridal suite.

I did have one - and kept it in a tote in the bridal suite the whole time, so it was kind of a waste of money. I could have just kept the few things in the tote instead of a bag that noone saw anyway.

Nope, I had a big 'Just Married' bag that I threw all my extras like slippers, wrap, makeup etc & gave it to my bridal attendent. There was no need for a purse

I did carry a small clutch purse for my lipliner, lipstick, cellphone and cash. I left it in the limo during the ceremony and in the bridal suite during the reception. I'm glad I did because I knew where everything was when I needed it rather than trying to track down the person holding it for me.

nope...the only thing I needed was lipstick and my bridal attendant carried it

I had a little purse that held my lipstick and a small mirror. I kept it at my sweetheart table, and applied lipstick after eating and a few other times that I remembered. I remembered brides saying that one of their regrets was not reapplying lipstick. I was glad I did, because my makeup looked just as fresh at the end of the night as it did in the beginning.

I think you're right. I would want to know where everything is instead of having to track it down.

I carried a purse on my belt. But it was fitting with my theme.

Nope, I didn't carry one. I had my MOH hold my lipstick for touch-ups, and everything else I left up in the bridal suite.
