Re: Diet Pills?
Today, I really feel like crap, I am feeling like I am letting myself go completely. I use to work out religously. I am against diet pills, I think you need to excersie. I do not think they are good for you. Money is so tight, I can not afford a memebership to the gym, find other ways. Diet pills are bad for your heart and can lead to to major problems.

Re: Diet Pills?
I totally beleive their is no quick fix or weight loss secret. It's all about diet and exercise. Start with cutting just 100 calories a day and adding some exercise 3 times per week. Just 30 minutes on an eliptical can burn up to 300 calories.
In the first week you can be rid of 1600 calories

Re: Diet Pills?
Totally AGAINST diet pills. Exercise and portion control. You'll be fine I've heard sooo many nightmare stories, it's nuts. You have to be motivated if you wanna lose weight. Focus and everything will fall into place

Re: Diet Pills?
A girl I knew in college took diet pills, didn't know she had a heart problem, one day she just went into cardiac arrest, lost a ton of oxygen to her brain and has been severely disabled ever since...not to be a downer, but figured if you are looking for the facts...

My FH Darren took them to lose weight for his sisters wedding. He ended up dibilitated, his heart pounding 1000 beats per minute, and he couldn't even walk. Scary stuff. I do know that it was because of ephedrine, which is supposably banned and no longer in diet pills, but you never know.

Re: Diet Pills?
I took trim spa a few years ago and it gave me palpitations. I continued to take it like I an idiot because I was see results and that was all I cared about at the time. Now I joined the gym and started a diet. I wanted to try and do it the right way this time.

Re: Diet Pills?
Some may not be super dangerous, but there are too many scary ones out there to take the risk. I once took fat burners that made me feel like my lungs were closing up.
