Here's the exact address

Larkfield Manor
507 Larkfield Road
East Northport, NY 11731

I only know how to get there via Grand Central to Northern State. Take Northern State to Deer Park Ave North Exit. Bear right on Deer Park which will then merge with Jericho Tpke. Take Jericho to Larkfield Road and make a left (you will see a mall on your left and a Staples on your right). Take Larkfield road straight about 1/2 mile, Larkfield will be on your right.

the directions from LIE are the same. You take LIE to Deer Park Ave. exit and you will pass over the northern state. the directions are the same from there.
