DJ - are you doing giveaways?

you know, like neon stuff, tophats, etc.?
I forgot what our Dj even offers but I remember it isn't too cheesy or anything..at first I was dead set against it only b/c I thought it was a waste of money. Now I'm thinking it might add an element of partying to our wedding

we will. we have a few kids attending so they'll like them, plus i always enjoy them when i go to parties (but maybe i'm just really corny like that)

I am corny too.. because I always grab one at parties!! Granted its ends up as more junk in my home.. but its fun walking out tipsy with shades and a funky hat!!

I am having my nieces and nephews there(13 of them), so I think they would make it get out of hand, so no.

I don't think giveaways turn weddings into Sweet 16's.. I think they turn them into dance parties!

I agree, but my dj keeps insisting But I'm gonna put my foot down about this one!

I would make sure you set your DJ straight and let him know what you want.

For me-I'm not doing any of that. We also don't want the light show or the 'dancing on clouds' smoke effect thing-not big fans of special effects, etc. JMO
