Does anyone know the spoonful of kisses poem?

I'm having a shower for a friend of mine at work and I'm doing low budget favors (the plastic spoon full of chocolate kisses). Does anyone know the poem that goes along with them?

there is another one that is a little longer. My friend had it as a favor from her shower. It was a wooden spoon with hershey kisses attached to them.
I will have to find it.......
