Re: does your FH help you...
Honestly, FH is a better cook than I am! He is used to cooking for himself. He gets so creative and comes up with all of these little touches that make the food taste so good! I am cooking more and more though. I usually cook him dinner on our anniversary (V-day, that means soon! lol) but the best is when we cook together. Try to get your FH to do that! It is fun and romantic. You can find a lot of recipes online and just try new things together.

FH helps all the time because in the fire dept. it is their specialty! Sometimes it makes me feel bad thought because I was always raised that the woman does the cooking... But he loves to go food shopping too!

i laughed out loud when you said that he loves to go food shopping. FH is like a kid in a candy store when he's in a supermarket - except he LOVESS food shopping in general. i swear, he goes in for milk and could be there for hours and come out with soooo much food. it's adorable how excited he gets going grocery shopping.

yep. He went to culinary school but only worked as a chef for a few years.
And surprisingly, he never complains about my cooking-he's very appreciative!

Awe... yes he does- he becomes a little Emeril in the kitchen. Its funny though b/c me and MOH were just talkign about this- her DH cooks sometimes and when they cook, its like you have to give them all the credit in the world... yet when WE cook its expected or just like another meal- UGH... oh well, at least I know that if I was hung up in bed or something I wouldn't starve lol... even if I do have to compliment him.
