Dress Doubts - Please help!

As many of you know I bought my dress at Bridal Reflections last week . Ive been having some doubts about my dress lately. I looked back at pictures of me in it and I really think the dress looks weird on me. I don't know if it is because the dress is way too long on me and in the pictures I am not standing on the pedestal so it looks kind of bunched in the waist area and it is not falling the way I like or the way it looks on the model. I also didn't have any crinolin (sp) on so I dont know if that had anything to do with it because to me the dress looks flat in the front.

Im not really sure if any of you have had this happened but I am wondering if any of you switched dresses or just had doubts about the dress you bought after you got it and what you did about it.

ETA I added some pictures. THe first two I think it looks weird, To me it looks bunchy, I dont know. The third I was on the pedestal. Do you think it will look 'fuller' when its not dragging on the floor. Id like it to look like it does on the model in the last picture. PLease please be honest, because I dont think they ordered the dress yet and I might be able to switch.

I love it on you!! My dress was soooooooooo enormous on me so it was all distorted but I still loved it. I think this dress is great. If you want it to look fuller like on the model, you can always have crinoline added underneath to poof it out. You chose this dress for a reason so sleep on it and don't do anything rash!!

ETA: Well.... not my ACTUAL dress lol but the sample of mine that I tried on... that was enormous on me.

You dress is beautiful!! I agree with the other brides that once you have it in your size it will look even better!

Your so skinny! The dress is perfect for showing that off.

I think that dress looks beautiful on you. I dont look at pictures of my dress or me in the dress much because one of my friends gave me the advice of not looking once its bought cause you might have doubts. Keep this in mind!

I know exactly how you feel! I ordered my dress on Saturday (from Bridal Reflections too!) and I couldn't sleep for 2 nights. I keep looking at the pictures of me in it and fretting, but I know deep down it's exactly what I wanted.

You just have to remember how much you loved it in that moment! I think it looks gorgeous on you and will look so much better once it fits you and you have a slip on!

Just out of curiosity - when you called BR, did they tell you that your dress was ordered yet? I'm wondering if mine was yet

First of all, you look gorgeous in your dress..

I ended up purchasing a gorgeous gown from Wedding Salon in September 08, only to doubt it over and over, and ended up doing a re-select in December. Thankfully it was early enough that they just switched my order (it wasn't even the same designer!) and they were WONDERFUL about it.

If your having doubts now, a few weeks after buying it, your only going to have many more doubts in the upcoming year as you wait for it to come in. Go on our 09 boards and look at how many of our brides have dress regret.

Go back and try your gown on and really see if you get 'the feeling' when you have it on. If you don't-cancel the order and process what you really want. You have PLENTY of time before your day, you should be happy.

You will be gorgeous no matter what dress you choose.
