Duval Studio ?????????????

We met w/ Glen form Duval last night and we liked him very much (he was not pushy at all) and thier price seems resonable.If we book them he said that we would get Andy Mack as our photographer for the day.
Has anyone used him? How is he? we do not want someone that is pushy.

no no no!! Alright, maybe not definitely no, but I just used them for my 10/12 wedding and it was horrible!! Whatever you do, do not use ROY. He was immature, Rude, couldn't even call my DH by the right name, I could go on but I promised myself not to vent too much until I see my proofs. The video guy was nice. I will know more the first week in Nov. someone else on this board used andy and recommended against him - said he drove her crazy being anal about positioning with pictures. But I know they have lots of photographers to choose from. Also if you get the ticket for EAB in case of rain - watch out - mine was in the fall and I had to deal with HUGE blown up turkeys and scarecrows all over the place. I got a package there for 3900$, cash so we paid no tax. I'm not saying not to use them, just please make sure it's not Roy.

They were the first photographer I went to meet since I live in the same town. They INNUNDATED me with mail after, which really turned me off. I got at least one mailer a week, usually more. It became a big joke with FH and I.

We decided against them when we met with them for a few reasons, mainly that we felt the pictures were a little too posed for our taste. Nothing against the photography, just not the style we were looking for.

I used them too....... I had ANDY.. DO NOT USE them... they were horrible!!! Andy was pushy, took horrible shots, and all in all, i just hated that man.. they are nice in the studio, but trust me... do not use them, you will not be happy... i wish i knew.. my aunt used them a few years ago, and liked them.. so i used them too... BIG MISTAKE!!! He took such lame pictures, either my husband or i look horrible in most... it took some doing to find a thank you card picture that we both looked good in!

My family took pictures that i would use before those idiots!!!!!!

3 of my friends used duval for their wedding, with andy and glenn and they were all very pleased and there pics came out great. they said they are very unintrusive and have been in business for years. i say if u are comfortable with them go for it. they are better than other places that have not been around very long.
