e-pics - does everyone get them

I see that most of you have e-pics. I didn't get them done and I don't plan on getting them done either. Am I the only one? I didn't really know that it was such a big deal since I am the first out of all my friends & family to be getting married.
Also - what do you use them for? Just to have more pics?

I had them done
I never heard of them until i went on this site
my photographer included them in our package - so i did them

i would have paid to get them done because I think its really nice to have professional pictures of us (and they arent just of us in a wedding gown and tux), A lot of people dont have really nice pictures of themselves so i think its a great uthing to have done

also, what is great about them is that you get to meet your photographer, see how he works and how you came out in the pictures he took. It gets you prepared to work with him the day of your wedding

I used them for my STD magnets and i have them displayed in my room and hope to have them displayed in our house.

Alot of people get them b/c they are included in many photo packages. So in essense, you really aren't paying any extra for them.

People use them for std's, for photocubes to hold the cards at the reception, or just to have.

well it was included in our package with our photographer so why not take professional pics together especially if they're free lol...we're using them for STD's, putting some up at the wedding, and putting them in frames for the home

MOST importantly we got to work with our photographer beforehand...we really got to learn her style and how she works...we also learned about posing more, she kept having to tell FH to relax his forehead bc he has a habit of lifting his eyebrows, also she had to tell him to relax his lips, now he knows not to do this and its better we learned before rather than dealing with this during the wedding.

I never heard of them before this site either!
I haven't booked a photographer yet, and if they are included, great, I'll do them, but if not, I'm not going to spend extra on them. They are a great, but I can't personally see spending extra $ on them when we have so many other expenses and we have tons of pics of ourselves already.

Wow, just engaged a few days ago and you have your date already?!! Kudos to you!! And congratulations.

Agreed! It helped so much to work with the photog beforehand. I needed some lip relaxing too....and to keep my chin down!
