That really sucks. I went to a wedding with kids in it. And all they did was run around in circles the whole time like the place was a circus. It really can go both ways with either the kid being well behaved or not. I agree that you two shouldn't fight each other about it. He should definitely talk to the woman and tell her you guys can't afford to have her kids there.

i had children at my wedding at no one even noticed them because they were all really well behaved. some people really don't have anyone to leave their children and if you are all alone in this country (never say never, b/c until i met DH and he became my family, my family was the only family i had in this country) i would never leave my children with a stranger either
however, i am sad that you are going to have children at yours when you obviously did not want them. If it has already been understood that these two girls will be coming to the wedding, don't worry about it. you can't stress over every little thing and you can't control everything. no one will notice these two children and it will be so loud that honestly, you won't hear them even if they do scream, which they probably won't if they are the only two children there. However, in all fairness, even i wouldn't bring a 4 month old baby to a wedding just because of the loud music alone.![]()

I agree with this. I had kids on my wedding and we never saw them. I didn't even see my lil ones because they were busy having fun. I have kids so I understand..sometimes you really have no options but to bring your kids along.
