How many entree choices are you having (did you have)? Right now, we have 3 but when I mention this to certain people in my family, I get the look like 'only three'...I guess I never paid attention at other weddings but I always assumed 3 was the norm (ya know, 1 meat, 1 poulty, 1 fish)....I'm sure I can add more choices but that will mean more $$ - Is it necessary??? TIA
I think people expect to have a beef, chicken and fish option... 3 choices are fine.

I am having six, salmon, chicken, filet mignon, shrimp scampi, pork chops, vegetarian.

3 is still the norm. if you would have to pay extra or anything, it's not worth it. 3 is plenty. one fish or vegetarian one chicken one beef.
some places will throw in an extra vegetarian option without it officially needing to be one of the 3 options

We are having 3 plus vegetarian.
Personally, I think when people have too many choices it just gets too complicated. People eat so much at the CH usually anyway. I personally dont think it is worth the extra money if you are on a budget. If not, well I guess it is impressive to have a lot of choices.
