ever do this..???

a co-worker left last week while i was out of state @ a meeting - so i told her i would contact her and we would get together for lunch oneday.

well somehow she calls and says she wants to go to this place tonight see if anyone wants to go for a drink and appetizers. so now i am like the point person for the office - and i dont really even want to go. how do i get myself into these pickles???

so now i am going out tonight when i dont want to....cause you know i have nothing else to do....

Sorry Tricia!!! Have FH call you with an 'emergency' so you have to leave. But nothing too serious tho, something that will end up being nothing!!

That is a great suggestion.... I was also going to say, figure out a way that you HAVE to leave. Hopefully... it will work out smotth, which I am sure it will

I hear you, I'm somehow the person that organizes all of the happy hours for the office (even when I can't go - which seems to be 75% of the time they have them).
