I like how each woman's story ended with a new beginning. 'John' is such a boring name for Big though!

im happy that carrie and big are together but i would have liked to see her get proposed to and do we know his name yet? i think it could have ended a little better. i think they should have made it like a 2 hour special or something like that.

I agree, I thought the part with Big and how they got back together was blah! LOL and his name is John? I did cry throughout it though, my MIL has Alzheimers and I know the whole thing with Miranda's MIL, especially her getting lost.

i really didn't like the episode at all. it was all too convenient - Big showing up like that. i never wanted carrie to end up with him - so that kind of disappointed me too.
ETA: the part with steve's mother broke my heart. both of my grandmother's have alzheimers so that part hit very close to home.

i thought that was the best ending ever !!! She finally got bigs name !!! I don't think they could have ended it more perfectly !!

i think it was perfect! but hey thats just me. i love the fact that all of the ladies found love. to me that was the central theme of the episode.

I LOVED IT AND I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER ENDING!!! i loved that it came full circle...with big's response to her asking him to come up...to samantha's flowers blooming...to miranda being the woman who does really have it all...to charlotte being what she always wanted to be...a mom. it was perfect and it ended the way a show should end. it ended with integrity and with us wanting for more. It was the best and I wish we taped it!

OMG - I cried like 4 different times! I KNEW we were going to find out Big's name I was just a little disappointed that it was John - how boring!!

I've always loved Big, so I'm glad Carrie is with him. When Smith came to visit Samantha at the end, I thought he would find her dead! I guess I'm reading too many sad books or watching too many sad movies!
Did anyone else think that Big was not a John? I don't know what name would fit him better, but not John.
