We're going to a wedding soon where we will see FH's ex-girlfriend, who is stick-thin and gorgeous. I am feeling so fat lately and am dreading seeing her.

My FH's ex seems to always re-surface for one reason or another, and she's beautiful, and will always be the girl that was the thorn in his side you know?

wear your sexiest dress, get your nails done, pedicure, hair and makeup done nice and you'll feel like a million bucks! Not to mention that you have your FI and not HER! Too bad for her! You are obviously the better one. Fell good that you are a beautiful person and that your FI loves you and not her! Just don't obsess on her that night and when you meet her, just be nice. Your FI will love you more for it!

you must do whatever it is that makes you feel great about yourself....for instance, whenever I know I'm going to see FH's skanky ex, I make sure I wear heels b/c she's almost a foot shorter than me and it makes me feel like I'm on top of the world! Its silly but it works!
And definitely have sex before the wedding!

and if she is that thin she probably has a tape worm
while I don't necessarily agree with the ass sex, getting yourself all dolled up and having a nice romp in the sheets (or wherever) before will help put you in a more relaxed mood.
