experience with Boxers??
Since I will start working part time in Jan or so - we are thinking of getting a dog. My husband loves boxers. I have done a lot of research and it turns out they are wonderful with children and great fun playful dogs.
BUT the proof is in the pudding - so I am curious if anyone has had any experience with a boxer that can offer some advice.
I have two big concerns is
1. They shed, I am too anal to have dog hair around the house - and I have a lot of allergy problems to be concerned with.
2. They are hyper - we have all new furniture and a new house for that matter and I am just terrified that a dog is going to ruin everything.
(Even though my parents have two small dogs now, I didn't grow up with a dog - so this is all new to me). Tia.
