Father Daughter song

So i left it up to my dad to pick the song, he really wanted something to do with the wedding.. a job.. and he hasn't been able to find a song he likes yet... Any suggestions.

I have no idea - I'm sure my dad doesn't know either, lol since he's dreading the dancing part.

totally cliche... but 'Butterfly Kisses'. He wants it! My dance with my FFIL will be 'My Wish' by Rascal Flatts. Close 2nd choice was 'I hope you dance' by Leann Womack

I had my dad choose too and he came up with 'Unforgetable' by Nat and Natalie Cole. It was the PERFECT song and not too long. I originally wanted 'Wind Beneath My Wings' by Bett Midler but it's almost a 5 minute song so I Xed that out and gave the job to my dad. I think he did a GREAT job!

We used Unforgettable too! I loved it <3

My dad is so not into today's music at all, he's all B103/1050-1060's! So I picked out a few oldies and we both agreed on this one.

OMG I absolutely LOVE 'I loved her first'! I was actually a little disappointed because my sister had 'You Raise Me Up' by Josh Groban last year for her father/daughter dance and I really wanted that song but now I'm set on this one!!!

I never heard i loved her first but i love it now i don't know if i want to do that one or Daddy's Angel by TCarter music...I really like both of them..I guess i need to go to my dad about this one

My parents always sang Isn't she lovely to me so it's only natural I would be dancing with my dad to this.

ditto! and also cuz im a little younger (22) it was the song we danced to at my sweet 16 as well.. its always been a meaningful song between daddy and i!

Aw! That is sweet!!! Its that song you hear as a teen and are like 'that's going to be me and daddy's song'. When he asked if we could have that song, I wept. Lol

My dad and I used wind beneath my wings for my bat mitzvah

not sure what I want for my wedding dance with him yet

Father and Daughter by Paul Simon

FH is dancing to Loves Me Like a Rock (also by Paul Simon) with his mom!

We both LOVE Paul Simon - got tix for our b-days to see him on May 10th at the Beacon!
